The included 10-15/16" x 2-11/16" hub-and-drum assemblies come fitted with electric brakes that deliver consistent stopping power—no hydraulic lines or actuators needed. It’s a straightforward setup that keeps your trailer tracking straight and stopping clean.
Packing bearings can be messy and time-consuming, but this axle’s pre-greased hubs are ready to roll right out of the box. The bearings, races, seals, and lug nuts are already installed, and the Easy Grease spindles have built-in grease zerks for quick top-offs without pulling the hubs. That means less downtime, cleaner hands, and fewer chances for contamination when you’re doing regular maintenance.
You can feel the difference when an axle tracks true. The slight upward bend in the center of this straight axle creates a zero-camber angle under load, keeping your tires flat on the pavement for even tread wear and controlled, in-line tracking. The underslung spring seats keep the trailer riding lower for easier loading and unloading while maintaining a confident, predictable tow.

The axle fit perfectly. No instructions but not the first axle I've changed. Backing plate assembly should be pack a little better to keep them from being knocked around. Stellar service, fast shipping. Thanks

Delivery was fast and free.. I have ordered online and I have called and spoken to the sales staff there who were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. If you have trailers and you don't give a trailer look, you are missing out.

The fit was prefect for my trailer.
The only issue was the grease zerts were galled in shipping & I had to replace both zerts.
My recommendation would be for etrailer’s shipper to provide better protection for the axle zerts.

While this is not the way that we want the brakes to be delivered, it does happen from time to time. The brake shoes can be moved back either by hand or tapping them back into place using a rubber mallet.
